Sunday School
We have two main aims in our Sunday School:
1. Our desire is that our children and young people might come to personal faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ as Saviour. (Ephesians 2 vs 8-9)
2. That as young Christians they might be built up in their faith through the teaching of God’s Word. (Proverbs 22 v 6)
Our Sunday School meets each Sunday during school term at 10.00 am and caters for children and young people from ages 4 – 14.
Each Sunday we commence with a time of chorus singing and the occasional Bible quiz. We then go to individual classes where a structured syllabus is used to teach our children and young people the truths and relevance of God’s Word for their lives. (Psalm 119 v 105)
Every year there is a specific missionary focus where we support projects to help children in other countries. In recent years these have included projects in North Africa, Zimbabwe and South America.
