Who is who
After the retirement of Mr Derek Wilkinson as one of the Church Elders it was decided at a recent Members meeting that the Church would appoint new Elders to serve along side the existing Elder Mr Tom McCullough.
The Church held an election of Elders on Tuesday 7th June and the following two men where elected as Elders.

Jonathan has just completed his second year at the Irish
Baptist College. As part of his college training Jonathan
completed his student assistantship with Cookstown
Baptist Church from October 2010 - April 2011.
When Pastor Harold Chambers (2004-2011) was led of the Lord to step aside as our interim Pastor, Jonathan was asked to remain with us for the summer months prior to returning to the Irish Baptist College for his final year.
Pastor Harold Chambers
Pastor Chambers is a native of Donaghcloney and was a member of Dromore Baptist
Church, County Down. He was here as our Pastor from 1978 – 1985 before going on
to serve the churches in Ballymena (1985-1991) and Newtownards
(1991-2003).
When Pastor Ken Humphries (1996-2003) was led of the Lord to
take up ‘Treasured
Truth Today’ ministries, the church needed a man to care for the flock.
As Pastor Chambers had just retired, he was asked to be our Interim Pastor, initially for six months. Seven and a half years later Pastor Chambers felt lead to stand down.

Treasured Truth Ministries Today
Kenneth is a past Pastor of Cookstown Baptist Church.
After serving the Lord in Cookstown and two other
pastorates, Kenneth felt led to start the work of Treasured
Truth Today Ministries.
A deepening desire for Ken is to preach to as many people, in as many places possible, across the world, to strengthen 'The Blessed Hope' within the hearts of God's dear people, encouraging them to sell out for the Master!
